Family Counseling

Family Counseling
The people we live with and have a close relationship with have one of the biggest impact on our well-being. The perspective of family therapy is different from individual therapy in the way that it reworks the family’s systematics. Therapy is especially helpful for families who are anticipating a change, such as a diagnosis of a mental or physical health issue within close relationships with the family. Families should also seek counseling if there has been domestic violence or abuse, drug or alcohol abuse, or parental conflict leading to separation or divorce.
