Depression levels vary from mild to severe, depending on the individual and the situations they are facing.  Depression is linked to the environment and chemical factors in the brain. It can develop from a traumatic life event, everyday stressors, or neurochemical abnormalities. Signs of depression can include sadness, trouble concentrating, changes in sleep or eating patterns, fatigue, anger, and thoughts of suicide.
